Right down at the bottom of the Shopping Cart screen you'll see an option that says:

Review Order

If you click on that we'll get you to confirm the details of your order by showing you the address and the products you've entered.

Use the Submit Order option at the bottom of that screen and from there we'll send you to the Paypal site to complete payment.

ebpu and mobi are standard ebook formats - so you'll need an ereader that can view them. 
 

If you have an ereader / ebook device then you need to copy the files onto that device (check with your documentation or supplier to see which of these two formats your particular device can open - and how to copy files onto it if you don't know how).

If you don't have an ebook device - there are ereader software applications you can get for various types of PC's - there are so many of them and so many variations on the type of Operating System you use that we can't specifically recommend any particular one - but a google search for something like ereader software for "your operating system" will undoubtedly point you to enough options to make your head spin a little :)

We currently don't supply ebooks as PDF files as they don't scale very well to allow for setting your own preferred font type - but if you desperately need PDF please use the Contact Us option above to let us know (if you could provide your order number at the same time that will help us to update your account).

We're working to provide as many different formats as we can.

In general we'll try to distribute every book as:

pdf

If you have another format which you just HAVE to have - let us know via our Contact Page and we'll see if we can handle it for you.

Because we keep track of the books that you have purchased so that you can download them in the background (and download them again if you need to - we trust you after all, you understand that illegal distribution of copyrighted material means we just may not be able to afford to write you another book!), we need you to setup an account - so we can attach the ebooks you have purchased to your details.

Nothing sinister - we don't sell / distribute our account holder's information to anybody.

We'll send you an email with direct links to the books that you can then download onto your computer.

You will be able to login with the username and password you created when you placed your order.

Go to Clan Destine Members > My Account and you will see there is a tab there for "Files"

All of the ebooks you have purchased will be there, ready for you to access / download as required.

Please use the Contact Us option to let us know what the problem is and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

Please forgive us, but in the same way we don't hand around your personal details, we don't want to do that for our wonderful authors either.  If you'd like to leave a message for any of our authors you can do so via a Comment on their individual blog or you can drop us a line via our Contact Form and we'll pass it on.
